Music for playing upside down

Ignaz Moscheles (23 May 1794 – 1870) was a composer and piano virtuoso. One of his compositions, “The Way of the World” is invertible, meaning that it plays exactly the same whether it’s played right side up or upside down.

Here’s a video of pianist Felix Noel playing it first right side up, then flipping the score over and playing it upside down.  If you can read music and want to try it yourself, you can download the printable score right here.

I guess the nice thing is that it would sound the same in Australia as it would here in North America. 😉
